Drogon TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. This page explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and how such notices are handled.

1. Submitting a Notice

If you believe material accessible through our service infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your contact information — address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please note that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice can carry legal liability.

2. Our Response

Valid notices are actioned promptly. Depending on the nature of the claim this may include removing access to the material identified, and — where appropriate — suspending or terminating the account responsible.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices will be terminated, consistent with our Terms of Service.
