Refund Policy

We'd rather sort out a problem than take your money for something that isn't working. Most refund requests come from a setup or connection issue that support can fix in a few minutes, so pleasecontact us before requesting a refund — it's usually faster.

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase if the service does not work for you and support has not been able to resolve the problem.

2. What We Need From You

To process a request, please include:

• The email address on your account and your order reference.
• A short description of the problem, and which device(s) you tried.
• Whether you contacted support first, and roughly when.

3. When a Refund May Not Be Available

Refunds are generally not issued where:

• The 7-day window has passed.
• The issue is caused by your own internet connection or device, and support has demonstrated the service works correctly elsewhere. Ourbuffering guide covers the common causes.
• You declined to work with support to diagnose the problem.
• The account has been used in a way that breaks our Terms of Service — for example sharing credentials beyond your device limit, or reselling access.
• The subscription was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate that was advertised as final sale.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain, so they can't be refunded the way a card payment can be reversed. Where a refund is approved for a crypto-funded order, it will be issued as subscription credit, or sent to a wallet address you provide — the amount refunded is the amount we received, and network fees and exchange-rate movement between payment and refund are not reimbursed. Please review your order carefully before paying with crypto.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions run for the fixed term you purchase and do not auto-renew, so there are no surprise renewal charges to refund. A renewal you choose to purchase is treated as a new order for the purposes of this policy.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on your payment provider and is outside our control — cards typically take several business days.
