Make Sure You're on the Real Drogon TV Site

Copycat sites have been set up using our brand name and logo. They take payments for subscriptions that are never delivered. We're pursuing removal through the relevant hosts, registrars and payment providers, but new ones can appear faster than they come down — so the reliable protection is knowing how to check.

How to verify a Drogon TV site before you pay

• Read the domain character by character. Impersonators rely on near-misses: an added hyphen, an extra word, or a different ending like .net, .co or.shop. Only drogon4k.com is ours.
• Check how you got there. Search results and social posts can point anywhere, including paid ads bought by impersonators. Type the address yourself, or use a bookmark you saved previously.
• Be wary of pressure to pay off-site. We take payment through our own checkout. If someone directs you to send money by messaging app, to a personal PayPal address, or to a bank account belonging to an individual, that is not us.
• Prices that are far below ours are a warning sign, not a bargain. See ourreal pricing.

What we will never do

• Ask for your password. Support never needs it.
• Ask you to pay an individual by messaging app, gift card, or bank transfer to a personal account.
• Charge a surprise "activation", "unlock" or "server" fee after you've already paid.
• Contact you first asking for payment details to "renew" or "verify" your account.

If you've already paid a fake site

You may well be able to get the money back. Act quickly — most disputes are time-limited.

1. Open a dispute with your payment provider. PayPal purchases can be disputed through the Resolution Center; card payments can be charged back through your bank. Describe it as goods or services not received.
2. Keep your evidence. The exact web address you paid on, the receipt or transaction ID, and any messages you exchanged. Disputes succeed far more often with this attached.
3. Don't send anything further. Not to "release" the subscription, and not to claim a refund — follow-up payment requests are part of the same scam.
4. Tell us. Email [email protected] with the domain and what happened. We can't refund a payment we never received, but every report strengthens the takedown case we file with hosts and payment providers — and that's what actually gets these sites shut down.
