Drogon TV Not Working?
Start at the top — these are ordered by how often each one turns out to be the actual cause, not by how complicated they sound. Most problems are resolved by the first two without contacting anyone.
Everything stopped at once
The subscription expired
If every channel died at the same moment rather than degrading, the subscription has almost certainly ended. There is no auto-renewal by design, so a plan runs its term and stops. Sign in to the portal to see the expiry date on your subscription and renew if it has passed.
Check your subscription →Buffering, freezing or stuttering
Almost always the local network
Buffering is the most-reported problem and the least likely to be the service. Wi-Fi distance, a busy evening network, an overloaded router or a device short on memory all produce it. There are nine fixes worth trying in order, most of them under two minutes.
Read the buffering fixes →The sign-in code never arrives
Two different logins get confused
Your account login (billing, renewals, support) uses a 6-digit code emailed to you and valid for five minutes. Your player app login is separate and uses the line details issued after purchase. If the code has not arrived, check spam, confirm the address, and wait for the current code to expire before requesting another.
Login help for both →The player rejects your details
Wrong field, or a copy-paste error
Server URL, username and password each go in their own field, and a trailing space copied from an email is the usual culprit. Type them by hand if pasting fails. The setup guide for your device shows exactly which screen each value belongs on.

Looking for an app that does not exist
There is no proprietary Drogon TV app, and anything offering a "Drogon TV APK" is not ours. The service runs on standard players — IPTV Smarters Pro, Smarters Player Lite, Ibo Player Pro, or your box's built-in portal — installed from your device's own app store.
Which player to install →Some channels are missing
Bouquet contents changed, or the plan differs
Which bouquets you receive depends on the plan you bought, and line-ups within a bouquet change as agreements change. Your account dashboard reflects what is currently included. If a channel you specifically subscribed for has gone, that is worth a ticket.
How bouquets work →One screen works, another says the line is in use
More streams than the plan allows
Plans are sold by simultaneous device count, from 1 to 4. A second screen on a single-device plan will be refused while the first is playing. A device left running in another room counts, so check nothing is still streaming before assuming a fault.
Device counts and pricing →Still not working?
Open a support ticket from your account dashboard and include three things: the device you are watching on, what the screen actually says, and whether it has ever worked. That is usually enough to resolve it in one reply rather than four. You can also reach us from thecontact page if you cannot sign in at all.
A note on "fixes" found elsewhere
Sites offering replacement Drogon TV logins, activation codes or an APK download to fix a broken line are not us — a real line is only ever issued through your own account. If a page asks you to pay to restore access, check the domain against theofficial site page before you enter anything.
