Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drogon TV's television subscription service (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Drogon TV provides access to live television channels and related content delivered over the internet, organized into subscription plans by duration and simultaneous device count. Channel availability, specific content within bouquets, and features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Duration

Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and a fixed number of simultaneous devices, at the price displayed at checkout. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless you take a separate action to renew — access simply ends at the end of the paid term.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and select cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed on-chain and are final once confirmed; this can make crypto-funded orders non-refundable in situations where card-based orders could otherwise be reversed. Review your order details carefully before completing a crypto payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials beyond your own device limit, or resell access to the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent device limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of Drogon TV, content providers, or third parties.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Because subscriptions run for a fixed term with no auto-renewal, there's no ongoing cancellation process required — simply don't renew. Refund eligibility for an active term is handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support before assuming a refund will be issued.

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable, low-latency delivery, but streaming quality depends in part on factors outside our control, including your internet connection and device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to every channel at all times.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
